Terrible wait times for food, over an hour for 3 breakfasts when, it wasn't even busy. The avocado smash tasted awful! The duty manager was lovely, I felt very sorry for her.

The food is yummy...especially the steaks and ribs. Tastefully decorated with a ambience that is friendly.
No need to go into the city ,we have always enjoyed meals there, good atmosphere as well
Cranford Ale House is a pleasant friendly pub situated on busy Cranford St. They offer a good selection beer, wines and spirits with a typical pub style menu. Food is however well cooked and presented. We went as a larger group mid-week for lunch and the service was a bit slow, as might be expected in these circumstance, but this gave us plenty of time to talk. Overall a good choice for reasonably priced faire in a pleasant environment.
Loved the mozzarella sticks and were a great price at 15 for 5. Would recommend this place for a good pub meal.
