I came here to get my eyebrows threaded and tinted with henna. Let me tell you it took TWO HOURS, I got sick of waiting and asked her to take it off, (my usual salon only takes about 30-45mins to do both) once she took it off I was so mortified. The tint was every where and I was so unhappy especially after paying nearly fifty dollars. It was very uncomfortable when she was rubbing it off so I asked whether she could use a wet cotton bud instead and she said no and continued to rub them off. I left feeling so embarrassed and upset. A few minutes later I decided to go back and at least ask for a refund for the tint or to get the tint off ! A different lady attended me at the counter and looked mortified at the job on my eyebrows, she tried her best to console me and fix them up. I am appreciative of that but was not happy overall with the experience.

Just had my eyebrows done at Riccarton Mall and had a bad experience. I was waiting for more than half an hour for the therapist to attend me. ( From 1.50pm to 2.30pm). There was only one customer before me and she also looked frustrated. At last a therapist came whose name is Himani. She was a very arrogant throughout. She did my eyebrows. She brought the movable day light and it was so harsh in front of the eyes. She didnt have any patience towards the customer and didn't sound polite at all. I have come to dash face and body many times but this is the worst experience I had ever. Not sure if this is a one off case to the therapist, but just thought to share my experience.
