Tourist information is very good. Department of conservation section not informative at all. I've been to many doc offices and every one could give me proper information. Here I just got told I should read threw their website online.

The opening hours on the website don't mention it's not staffed at lunchtimes. Even when there's 4 staff at the iSite part of the building none will help with annual but passes etc at these times
