Great range of dresses. Good customer service and communication. The dress I rented arrived on time and was in great condition and fit perfectly. Easy to return and no issues at all. It was nice knowing there was the fit guarantee if the dress didn't fit properly. Would definitely recommend to anyone interested in renting a dress for a special occasion.

Super easy - went in to try a few styles and brands I'd looked at online and then rented online, didn't get much help from the girls instore in terms of finding what I was after when I went in to try on, but that is also sometimes what I prefer and the girls were great with helping figure out availability dates and other colours. I picked up and dropped off from the store and I could not believe how easy and stress free this - Highly recommend

I rented an outfit for an event the first time recently and had such a great experience. There's a great variety of beautiful garments that are not the kind of thing I would ever purchase for myself, so nice to have access to something different! Staff in store were really helpful, and the process of actually renting and returning the item was really easy. I left it pretty last minute and was lucky to find what I wanted in my size on the day, but I would recommend planning in advance in case you want to request a different size from one of the other stores.
