Was after high gloss black back door wrap and deepest tint front cab driver and passenger window and clean. Accepted price, guarantee and two hour appointment for next day. Initially they wrapped door in matt and argued was more durable so switched from my requested matching already glossed windows on the vans sides. Redid in gloss with strong insistence needed. The window tint has 100s of small bubbles they assured me would dissapear in 5 days or so. Some larger bubbles and clear window visible from inside cab. Two hour job took four. Chris argued the poor fit of the tint was because they didn't have a computer cut template. Took it back a Thursday morning to make right but Chris the owner could only book me in two days later. I was travelling for work so this was unsuitable. I suggested I could return 2.30pm that day if he could shift something around or have someone stay back to accommodate me. No Settled on refund of the agreeded very bad window tint portion of job. I paid in cash but Chris said he didn't have the 140 cash to refund so photographed my bank account no. from my bank generated document. No refund has eventuated.
Perfect place to get your vehicle pampered. They are really good at what they do. This is going to be my Go to place now.
The whole job was done very professionally. Car & interior detailing/ceramic coating nicely done. The staff is supportive and did a great job.
A pretty slick operation overall. Was able to call a book an appointment for a ceramic coating really easily and they send a confirmation txt. We discussed a PPF wrap but they don't fold around the edges or remove and wrap under the Tesla badge so skipped on that. The ceramic coating looks lovely and there were no defects.
One of the best experience I had for car cleaning and polishing, couldn’t get better than here . It’s value for money. The owner and its staff and very humble. They have very good knowledge of the products and guide you very well if we require for car. Overall a good experience.
I was pleased at first when I saw my car which I had left there for 4hrs. I was not impressed when I was told my car had damp upholstery which ended up being really wet. When I got home I had to leave the car running with heater on to dry upholstery, few places they issed & didn't clean . Not impressed. No matter what your background is or your address you should have the same experience as everyone else who have had really good experiences , mine was very much lacking I was told damp but it wasn't damp it was wet, It was a sunny day!! You mustve done mine at the last minute as you did NOT use any drying mechanism on it
