There was a Chinese lady who registered me there. She took awful lot of time. Place is clean, tidy and the doctor I consulted for my medical was fair enough. Was not a big deal it was just for a blood test. They are expensive comparatively. Which I find a huge minus on them. You have on site parking. But I am doubtful whether have they got enough parking slots available.. When u r coming From Westfield Riccarton mall, it is on your left. Just by the road.. At the distance I would say u can not notice because the name board is covered by a tree. But still have to admire they were kind enough to keep the tree. But time to time it would have been good to proone so as the visibility increases.. When u r at the reception, it is not always comfortable to communicate with the receptionist as u might not hear what they say as it is covered and when it is a bit noisy..

In terms of your health i would advise not going here , after 20 years of going ive had enough. Receptionists can not understand a south island accent , comunication is worse than terrible, you can phone through as many times as u like they will still be totally unprepared for you. Their time is valuable, yours is not, you will be made to wait until the sun goes down. As far as having a doctor looking after your interests; forget it.. 15min is your lot, with a referal to anyone else to get it off the desk. Forgotten. Bit like drafting cattle. Bonus is there is absolutely no one there that reads these reviews that changes anything for the better. The same comments keep coming up year after year. A rating now worse than most taxi company's if thats even possible.

I've been with Doctors on Riccarton since having to do my work visa medical and the doctors and staff are the best. My son was delivered by one of the doctors and she took initiative to assist with getting the ball rolling for my son with autism! Every business has their ups and downs. And the pros are definitely more than the cons here for my family and I. Will definitely recommend and continue to support.

We arrived early than the appointment time, but was still waiting 30 mins after the booking time. I had a lot of bad experience about this clinic, it's not my GP, it's my parents' GP. Every time we had to wait for more than 30 mins. If the doctors can't deal with that many patients, please don't over book appointments. After seeing the doctor 50 mins later than the booking time, I give them one extra point just because this doctor is better than I thought. All in all, lots of room of improvement to do.

Really impressed with Doctors on Riccarton. Welcomed us back when we moved surgeries (due to location) and released that new clinic was unwelcoming and rude in comparison. No dramas with Doctors on Riccarton. Doctors, nurses and receptionists are all lovely.

Everybody don't not see Dr Colin. He is never on time with appointments. (You end up waiting an hour and a half just go see he). He doesn't care about making his patiences upset by called them lazy and liars. He will never take the responsibility for his actions and he will always blame his patiences even if they didn't do anything. He will never say sorry for anything. Back when I was little (between the years 1997-2002) he was a really good doctor. Now he doesn't care. What I said did happen to me back in February of this year.
