This place is fantastic. Very helpful selecting what carpet to purchase and then the team of carpet layers were top notch. Very particular about their work and even clean up on completion. Arrived the day they said they would, and did not require constant phone calls to turn up, like most other trades. Early on we did some price comparisons and Dominion were competitive. Even if we did pay a bit more the overall service was well worth it. If you want carpet, or other flooring, this is definitely the place to go.

Inexplicably, my review had been deleted, but in the name of fairness, here it is again. This place had awful,awful customer service that beggars belief. Owner (with several decades of experience in this industry) failed to add GST to an all inclusive quote, (broke the news 2 days later after we had declined other quotes) failed to check that our carpet was in stock, failed to let us know that the carpet that he had arranged to be sent out on the day was the wrong colour, failed to be in contact to explain what on Earth was going on and left us in the lurch. Failed to reply to calls, failed to take messages from his staff. However, he was very good at insisting we pay the full price for a carpet we had not chosen and very, very good at laying the blame at our feet. Finally, three months later, after an unpleasant phone call, he offered us 10% off our bill. Although this is a positive move, in sum our experience has been utterly shameful.
