They do an amazing job with the actual framing, their shop team are also extremely knowledgeable and have great ideas. However their customer service (after they get their 50% deposit) is very poor and they have no ability to 1) provide a realistic ETA and then 2) actually stick to it. I would not recommend using these guys if you need a job done to a fixed timeframe. The last two times we’ve had something framed they have blamed COVID for delays and that the frame we chose is on ‘back order’. We understand it’s a difficult time to do business. If it really is not possible to know what’s on back order when the frame is selected, at least they could phone us afterwards to say ‘sorry we’ve been informed your frame is on back order, you are welcome to come back in and choose a new one, or wait for it to come back in.’ Instead we waited until 2 weeks after the ETA date to follow up and were told then that it would be a further 4-6 weeks I.e. triple the original timeline provided. Also their framer was blamed rather than owning up to the fact they have not kept us informed. The worst part is this has now happened twice in a row for two seperate orders. The first time after complaining formally via email, they promised to change their processes around this. We gave them the benefit of the doubt with our repeat business. Obviously it’s all just words with no actions. Won’t make the same mistake twice!

Fantastic staff so friendly and helpful. My partner was blown away with how well these came up especially the framed ball and medal which was a surprise. Highly recommend. Will definately use again.

Charged my Mum 75 to put a certificate back into a frame ( original bought and framed by eco frame and mirror) after I had to take it out to get it a copy notarized. Apparently minimum charge is 50 and charged 15 for tape... Be aware.
