I've been going to this store for the last 4-5 years. I've always had a great experience. The staff are always friendly to me & the prices are very fair. It's always a pleasure for me to visit this store hence why I continue to do so.

staff were really friendly and had a nice chat with them. i was served quickly and felt the service was very professional. i was taking a watch in that was nice but had some damage and got what i felt was a fair price for it (other shops would not even consider taking it). there is parking near the shop but i struggled to find it, plenty of roadside parking so no real problems there. great service overall.

Terrible customer service, 5 arrogrant guys when I went in, not one approached me when I was standing at the counter, had my money ready to buy a PS4 but would rather spend an extra 100 or 200 or so elsewhere than helping these guys stay in business

Absolutely disgusting service. Bought a controller was told I can return it if it decant work, when I returned it because itthere didn't work they took the controller back, took my money and kicked me out of the shop. Avoid this place at all costs.

Ok stuff. Staff just stand around and talk and swear I come in on weekends Saturday is Hectoc with the manager he stands and does noting swearing and outside every half an hour smoking or talking to customers telling people how to do their job when he stands and does nothing in a hour of being in the store he lifted no fingers at all. Only lady is one on the computer down the end of shop. She's helpful only one in shop I ever see do work

Horrible customers service and didn't contact me prior to selling my property. No headsup on notifying me on expiry date.. and usless communication.. do not shop there or pawn ur products as there is no loyaty nor is there any respect compelte scheme rip off service. There bussiness should be shut down.

Had my guitar in there for just over 2 months and when I get it out its clearly been tampered with, not at all the way that i put it in there. I suspect the action has been lowered, and also the neck seems slightly off. Wouldn't recommend them for loans on musical instruments as clearly they like to play them in there spare time or something.Also it has written on the loan paper that basically any damage under there supervision is not covered by them. I will change my review if I get a suitable answer when ezypawn is open.
