F45 Wigram is the first ever F45 experience I’ve had and I won’t be looking back! I was pretty nervous about joining, but having now been there for a month I feel like part of the furniture. The trainers are awesome... not only helping with technique and to push me further, but also providing the laughs and energy everyday. The other members are also fantastic; people are always willing to chat and be friendly... Couldn’t ask for better!! ️️️️️

Starting F45 has been the best decision! I hadn’t done any exercise in nearly 2.5 years since having a baby and I was very nervous to start. I didn’t think I would be able to keep up and was worried I wouldn’t know what to do but the team are truely amazing. They make you feel so comfortable and you can totally go at your own pace! Not only that, they will help you every class and make sure you are doing the right technique for each exercise. Everyone is so friendly and it’s just a bloody good vibe!!! Best way to start the day! If your thinking about starting, JUST DO IT.

I joined F45 Wigram in 2018 and I am the fittest and strongest I have been in a long time. The trainers have been amazing, helping me achieve my health and fitness goals and giving me the extra push when I need it. With the variety of workouts and the awesome atmosphere, I am still as motivated today as I was on day 1 and genuinely look forward to going each day. If you are thinking about giving it a try, do. You won't regret it!

If you're looking for a place to finally lose that weight, get fit, build muscle then look no further than F45 Wigram! I have been a member since they have opened and I cannot imagine working out anywhere else. They have everything you need to reach your goals and incredible trainers to help support you get there. They go the extra mile! The atmosphere specifically at the Wigram branch is electric but you can also just be left to yourself if that's what you prefer too. Don't believe me then try it, I promise you'll be hooked.
Highly recommend training at F45 Wigram. The trainers actively engage with you throughout the classes, just like a personal trainer would - correcting your form or helping you with any progressions/regressions. I've been to other group/circuit classes and F45, by far, beats any of them! The studio is a very inclusive and positive place, where they take the time to learn (and use) your name and what your goals are. Very much a community feel!
