From the first time I was greeted by Emily at reception with a courteous smile and friendly hello through to the painless implant that I had which was explained to me every step of the way by Keith who I had told that i was a big chicken made it less scary for me. His assistants were always making sure i was okay all the time. I would highly recommend this Dental surgery to anyone who is afraid of pain as i didn't feel a thing. When you need to have significant dental work done, this makes all the difference -- during the actual procedure, I could simply lie back and relax, knowing that I was in excellent hands. Dr. Chiang and his staff are also highly professional, personable, friendly, and helpful. Very much recommended if you are looking for a dental surgeon in the Christchurch area or on the South Island (or in New Zealand, for that matter).
