Complete waste of money . Only had amazing eyesight for approximately 12 months. Eyesight is worse than before the treatment. They are quick to defend themselves saying it’s in the consent they can’t guarantee results but at the pre appointments you are sold by the sales staff saying you will get amazing results for approximately 10 years..

I got SMILE done in one eye and PRK in other. My experience was great in terms of both the surgeries. Dr. Kent is an expert at what he does. Reception staff can do better in terms of communications but Surgery wise, I am totally satisfied. Dr. Kent is the best and highly qualified. I recommend it.

I had my eyes done at this place. First time they made one eye different from the other. Then they said that they would fix it. But now I can't even see the dashboard in my car .DON'T go near them. They are trying to say several years ago .Try two less than 2 20 Sep 2018 and that was the first one. A bit sad really two of my friends put me on to them and they are all good. 1has had it done 3yrs the other 11yrs.

Fantastic experience with the entire team. Nothing was a problem and they all went out of their way to make the entire experience memorable. The surgery (LASIK) was extremely quick and other than the numbing drops - painless. If you're 'thinking about laser' book an appointment, it comes at no cost and you take time to consider if you need to.

My experience was amazing!!! I was short-sighted for 27 years and had my vision corrected. Their service was incredible; the check-ups were careful and thorough. The operation was painless and a positive experience. I really felt in trusted hands. My only regret was I didn't do it sooner. I have perfect vision now and I appreciate it every day. I can do so much more without my glasses. #lovelife

The procedure was great - professional and fast! Fantastic results for my vision. 5 stars! However, just a wee warning that you should book your final check up within 12 months of the procedure. No later. Any time after that you'll have to pay for an appointment (elsewhere in my case). I was pretty disappointed after paying so much initially.
