Tried them on the recommendation of an old work colleague. REALLY worth the time. Friendly and professional on the phone, very helpful and proactive and explained what needed to be done clearly. In doing the actual work, were very professional and gave good advice - went the extra mile to repair dash lights when it wasn't necessary and turned down work that I would have been happy to pay for as it wasn't needed yet. And the icing on the cake is the free 6 months roadside assist that we received! Totally no hesitation at all in providing a hearty 5 start recommendation - it is well earned and very well deserved.

Ferrymead Auto are a business that are a pleasure to deal with. They go out of their way to help you even on occasions when there is nothing in it for them. Excellent service, standard of work on my car has always been of a high standard and they offer very nice, comfortable courtesy cars too. Staff are courteous and helpful and always keep you in the loop of the progress of work being done. I highly recommend their mechanical repairs and panel work and tire service.
Could not get appointment, not professional answering calls.

Staff are always friendly & welcoming! I always have a giggle when bringing in my work car coz I know how much the mechanics just love dealing with them
Good service and nice people only issue is they have a Bridgestone department connected to the building yet they quoted over 200 more expensive for the same 4 tyres compared to the other Bridgestone centers in the area.
Broke down sat, car towed to ferry auto. Rang them with details of the fault and they sourced parts and had my car ready for me to pick up after work monday.
