I called late in the afternoon yesterday regarding a possibility of faulty battery from my newly acquired old RE Bullet. Spoke to Teresa on the phone to get the battery checked. She and Andy waited after hours for me to get to the shop. It was very nice of them. This morning I picked up a new battery, put it into the bike and Voila! Instant start. Absolute class act from First European. Thank you very much Andy and Teresa.

I was listened to, and although the guy who could've known some info that could've helped me, wasn't there, my details were taken down for a call back on his return. All this attention between incomming calls and what looked like, having to serve in the adjoining cafe at the time, and none of it seemed a problem. Excellent service experience for just an enquiry.
I went in with a mate who took a Himalayan for a test ride, and he came back happy and purchased one. Great price and ideal for his country shingles roads he rides. No pressure from staff but they were attentive and able to answer questions and talk motorcycles. You may not be Royal Enfield fan but you can help but get interested in these machines. The place is worth a visit for sure.

Popped in last minute to get my chain tensioned before a big ride. Walked in with about 2 hours notice and they did it right then and there. The coffee at the cafe was great and the service was awesome. I was greeted in the showroom and told if I needed any assistance to just call out. Absolutely lovely place and I will be coming back for further services :)

Excellent service department. Went for a tire kick in the bike shop and they were sold out of the bikes I wanted to look at. I look forward to going back for my next bike need.
