I did a 6 week running specific strength and conditioning class at Form Fitness which I really enjoyed and found very beneficial. I learnt lots of new information as well as take home exercises to improve and prevent injuries. Jess and Janelle were both very knowledgable and great at tailoring exercises to my specific needs. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend these classes/personal training to others :)

I’ve trained with Janelle for 15 years and I can honestly say she’s incredible. She has that perfect balance of highly supportive yet won’t take an ounce of an excuse. Believe me, I’ve tried them all! Janelle’s body science knowledge has repaired my body every year after some long and tough training seasons cycling. When Janelle’s away we sub in the other trainers and they’re awesome (also not bending to my excuses). I have trained with Janelle and the team at Form Fitness for two years - at the height of my competitive career in Highland Dancing. I needed training that was challenging and stimulating, but still realistic for my schedule. Janelle was able to create a plan that I could stick to - and most importantly, brought results. I couldn’t recommend Form Fitness more. Going into it I didn’t know what I needed beyond “getting fit”, but I got so much more out of it. The personalised sessions massively improved my dancing stamina and quality. Very thorough & professional. The balance assessment by Janelle was detailed & extremely useful. Training by Therese is tailored exactly to what my body needs. She breaks more challenging actions down so I can push as far as my injuries allow. The equipment is very good. I've gone much further with Form Fitness than I ever managed in a regular gym & in a much more pleasant environment! I feel much stronger. I feel safe & supported here.

Loving Form Fitness! Four weeks ago I puffed up the stairs, this week I took them two at a time. The instructors encourage you to try things you think you can't do, they push you pass your 'comfort' zone, but at the same time you feel safe. Safe in that they are constantly checking your posture. They are aware of any existing injuries / operations and work on strengthening these. I've just started the group classes as well. Initially very nervous about group work outs I soon found out I had nothing to worry about. The class participants are all very friendly and supportive. Five stars definitely.

Walking into the door of Form Fitness three years ago proved to be simply the best investment I could have made in my health and fitness. Janelle and Carole are the best trainers you could ever hope to find - with their coaching and support I have gained so much in fitness, mobility, strength etc that I could never ever have achieved on my own just going to a gym. What I love (but don't tell them that :-) ) is how they hold me accountable for every single thing we do together and they also keep me focused. Yes, the sessions can be very, very challenging and the next day(s) I am feeling it, but every session I find I can do even more. I am so grateful to be working with world-class trainers (and yes, their credentials put them in this league)!
