The staff are extremely friendly and helpful (thanks Sam and Scott!) They did an amazing job with the roof rack for my VW Beetle. I was really struggling to find a roof rack that would fit the Beetle, but they were able to order in the roof rack kit and install it quickly with no issues. The roof rack basket works really well, and we’re looking forward to taking it around New Zealand. I’ll be back in the winter to get something for skis.

Really disappointed with these guys. Supposed to be knowledgeable around after market racks and fittings. After telling me they could fit aftermarket rails (this was after they had inspected them before hand) I dropped off the vehicle today and after an hour I got a call saying they couldn't fit them..... fuming.....

Had roof racks fitted "professionally " as a result couldn't open boot (shame they didn't read installation instructions...), took back to get it sorted and found them to be very unhelpful with remedie and not willing to make what they sold me work !
