Purchased some self tightening snow chains from here. Got them off the website and saved 20 by signing up to the email list. All up they were 359 ,have seen other places selling for 450 plus. Looked extensively for a better deal and couldn’t find one. Good advice on ones to suit my vehicle. Tried them on today and very easy to install. They seemed to be busy when collecting them had to wait 15 minutes but service was good after that. Just seemed to be a busy day for them. There is only a few car parks so would go during mid week next time not a Friday.

I telephoned staff at Hamco today and asked a few questions about my roof racks. They were very generous with their knowledge. I came into the shop later in the day and a number of questions were answered and I left with solutions at a very reasonable price. Second time I have come to Hamco and both times I have been very impressed. Will be coming back!

Went and kitted out vechile with thule roof racks. Found out a few days later that there was a flush mount tidier option available for my type of vechile. Too late racks already on, sales assistant could spend a little more time exlporing possible options. Racks good and price competitive.

Not good service. Ordered roof rack bracket 22 Dec, it is now 07 Jan and the item has not arrived yet. No email or text to notify me of what's going on. Phoned on 07 Jan to follow up, Hamco didn't know what happened to my order (whether it's been processed and dispatched or not). Hamco should be more customer focused if they want to grow their business.
