They made an extra effort to fit us in when there were no appointment slots available. They were very fast, friendly and treated my cat really well. I hope we never have to go back.

I had booked my dog in for his vaccinations and senior check. Unfortunately a couple of days previously he developed a sore foot that ended up being an embedded grass seed. Hannah went above and beyond to get him sedated and have minor surgery asap because I had to get back to my evening shift at work. Thanks so much for your wonderful and caring team.
Very irresponsive. I found them very difficult to deal with, got our medication wrong on more than one occasion, unfriendly service. Will not return. You expect vets and their staff to be sympathetic.

This vet used to be one of the best and my local/normal vet. They have obviously changed hands in recent times and no longer have the level of care they once had. They very nearly cost my dog his life through negligence. He needed a urgent biopsy test done and the material was due up be couriered at midday. I got a call at 8pm to ask why I hadn’t dropped it off which I had at 11am. This was literally life and death for him. They had simply put it to one side and forgotten to send it. They knew how urgent it was. Never ever will I use them again. I suggest you don’t either.
First time visit. Clean and fresh. Very calm and open. My dog is an anxious dog and Mr Meechan read her perfectly. Would recommend to anyone who is anxious about vets, animal or human.
Pretty good however can take very long to get back about payments for dental care for your pet.
