Management is the worst, all the are after is money. They send out lazy unprofessional untrained carers. Worst company ever. Zero stars

I wish I can rate them zero. Bad management specially the disrespectful manager in Christchurch area. My mother used to work with them for years, only to be treated horribly. Was painful watching my mum getting through emotional distress. She struggled to find another job due to their bad referencing and lies. Multiple clients not receiving care they deserved. Treating their support workers poorly. Worst company to work for.

I have found the nurses to do an amazing job. I have a ageing mother who at times requires some supervision while I am away. This is a great service and without them we would have to place her in a home. So keep up the great work!!

Poor service. After being told they provide a 24hr service they refuse to come out at night even if it is urgent and the patient is worried about their condition. Had to end up looking after my condition myself. The 2x men district nurses that cared for me were very good when you are fortunate enough to get them but the elderly lady who is also a district nurse who I've decided not to name makes me, as a patient, feel like a burden and is rude when delivering the service.

Was just passed by one of your cars on double yellow lines on Tunnel Rd. All in an effort to get one space ahead in a line of traffic!! Couldn't get all the number plate, but a women in her 50s or 60s driving. Put me and my young daughter at risk. If this woman thinks she is a healthcare worker, then someone needs to check her mental health. Happened at 2pm on Saturday October 13, so I guess your rosters can identify this dangerous clown of a driver.

Frustrating when you get different nurses coming to my place to change my dressing after my surgery I've had 2 nurses that didn't do my dressing properly which caused me distress and discomfort for hrs until the next day when the next nurse comes in I like Karen she's caring and knows what she's doing
