I recently had 2 implants put in by Dr. Richard Henderson and I am very pleased with them already. I was very nervous before the appointment, but I realized the experience was so much better than I have visualized it. The pain was very minimal- only the local had some discomfort, I would say a pain score of 0-1 /10. After that no pain during the extractions or the implants procedure- drilling in to the bone- no pain! Dr. Richard and his assistance are great in explaining every step and putting their patients at ease. Great sense of humor added good value too :) All the staff are amazing - receptionists, doctors and dental assistants. Definitely go open- hearted and trust the process. It is all good. Thank you team ! Much appreciated :)

Terrible. Spent 101 on a X-ray they were saying they couldn’t see anything in. I rang 3 times trying to get information from them with no call back. Then the next available apt was 8 weeks away. I would suggest don’t take new clients if you’re not able to look after them. Went to Smile dentist so much better, great team really caring.

Friendly receptionist. Dentist I had is professional but has absolutely no social skills and it is over the top expensive. 135.-- for BARELY 15min, on top of that no ex-rays included for the price! Left feeling very disappointed and put down. Do not recommend!!!
