Big thanks to Lindsay (installer) whose attention to detail is amazing, he made sure everything was perfect. Lovely office staff too. Overall a great experience. Would highly recommend Hubbers

Jacquie from the office needs to read her paper work before its sent to make sure its correct others may take offense and shop elsewhere. These days there's a little more choices and people vote with there feet a simple bit of curtisy would be nice

Third class customer service, initially given good competitive price, and then it got double up. Wested few weeks, and still same argument that they have quoted wrong initially by mistake. Never visit again. Worst customer service experience. In reply to your comment. As I said,and mentioned earlier, very very third class service. Nice try to blaming me. As from the day one I had very very accurate measurements and told you staff that, will go with the Blockout Honeycomb blinds. ( And that is the one we show in store) And they checked price, but they said someone from our store have to come and remeasure windows agin. They will come out and measure that for you. Since then price got doubled up. And instead saying that I have chosen wrong fabric. That’s what I have visited store again to double confirm. Please don’t give rubbish excuses!!!!!!

We have been so pleased with the service, advice and genuine care that Karin Hubber and her team have shown us. We have used their services for window dressings, tiles and carpet and have found them to be very professional. We can't recommend them highly enough.

Extremely unprofessional and unaccommodating. 3 months wait for curtains only to find out when they arrived they had measured them incorrectly. Finally correct curtains arrive and installer makes an appalling job that ruins our wooden window frames. After repeated attempts and unanswered messages explaining that we did not want them back in our house to do more damage, all we got were bill reminders and phone calls demanding payment. After sending a letter of complaint to the company, we are still waiting to hear back... Buyer beware!
