Very happy with my purchase. Couch is lovely, SO comfortable and an AMAZING price. I am still in shock at the deal I got with ifurniture. Took about a week longer than I expected, but delivery was great. Well packaged, team was lovely. They charged me a little more than I wanted to deliver my couches up one level (60) however it saved me having to sort someone coming to put them in for me. Over all very very happy and I will be shopping here again in the future. Staff were also very lovely when picking my couch in store. Thank you :)

absolutely disgraceful service. Purchased a mattress that was supposedly 'in stock', when in fact it would have to be sent from a north island store; was told this would take two weeks max. One month later and many enquiries as to where the delivery was at and I'm still waiting - promised two weeks ago that it would b arriving 'next week' and staff would be contacting me asap; contacted the customer support - all automated nonsense that does not give any answers, live chat is not live and less than useless. At this rate it is going to be another visit to the store and heaven help the poor assistant that gets to deal with me.

I had bought my couch here a few months ago and was delivered on a wrong house. I have rang them back and they came back to deliver it in my apartment. There seems to be just one person here sitting at the cashier and no Sales Assistants to assist you with thier products. They sell nice looking furnitures but i suggest you need to spend a bit more time to pick the good quality product for your money. They have toilets for customers but it seems to be not up to scrub and the floor looks filthy. Parkingwise; there is no problem with parking here. You can park in front of the building entrance or at the back entrance of the building. Customer service wise; needs more improvement and at least vissible assistants always ready to help.

I ordered a dinning table and 6 chairs from this company off their website in December 2020. I live in Christchurch where they have a store. They replied and said they didn't have the stock in Christchurch so would have to relocate the stock from their Auckland warehouse and would be a 1-2 week delay for delivery. I waited 3 weeks and heard nothing so emailed and rang only to be assured it was on the way. I waited over a month for the goods to be delivered to my house in February 2021 despite paying a 60 freight cost only to find out they had sent only 4 chairs instead of 6. When I rang and complained that I was missing 2 chairs they said I would have to wait for another 2 chairs to come from Auckland because Christchurch once again had none. Appalling service and why should I pay 60 freight and have to wait over a month for delivery, very poor. The product itself was nice.

Ordered a wee set of drawers for my granddaughters bedroom. Was told it would be here within 2 weeks. We keep going in store and asking where it is. 6 weeks later we get a call to say it has arrived but faulty but we can buy a more expensive set if we want. I will never set foot in this store again after the run around and then huge disappointment. Unreliable.

Its good.. but lack customer service. Staff is always busy with one or other things and doesn't care for your presence. If you like shopping alone and look this is the place for you!
