Norm has worked tirelessly and provided regular updates and cc'd emails throughout all my importations for the last 5 years. I have time dependent air freighted stock and he has hurried all documentation through customs and MPI. Likewise shipping containers have been dealt with and solutions provided around the edges. Affordable costs for the importer and efficient and transparent in communication. Highly recommended.

I recently (Sept 2017) arranged for Norm at Ind Customs & Freight to take care of a shipment I had coming from Taiwan. He liaised with the vendor, took care of freight, customs clearance, and transport to my location. The service was excellent, the price was very reasonable, and the whole thing went really smoothly.
