My favourite Indian restaurant in Christchurch! Beautiful flavours, lovely staff and such great value. Highly recommend. One of the two restaurants we frequent for a Friday takeaway and has never once disappointed. Thank you!

Great menu and delicious meals, we’ve passed by numerous of times and this time decided to stop by, very pleased and happy we did, the service is excellent, dishes were amazing, value for money was beyond expectations. A great dine in experience we have no hesitation recommending this establishment, and even returning ourselves now that we have discovered this place. Thank you Paul & Adrienne

It was to be a special evening occassion ,intimate and relaxed....However , the mayhem , wailing and arguing from 2 children, seated in the restaurant, who appeared to belong to our harrassed wait person ,really was a major disappointment. She did her best to accomodate us but was distracted and had to leave our table a few times mid sentence, to deal with the fractious young children. Our group's initial reaction was to be tolerant and patient ,( had some babysitting glitch occured?) but as this situation continued through our appetiser ,drinks and delivery of the mains we felt quite annoyed..No apology or explanation was offered so there was no indication of how long we would have to sit in silence and wait for sanity .A disappointing and frustrating welcome for my two visiting guests, especially as I had sung the praises of this restaurant and encouraged them to dine there. Eventually, the staff member collected up the children and left , peace was restored and we could enjoy the tasty and generous meal. The mango lassi was excellent. We were curious about the choice of the music recording which dominates the airspace. It was cool piano jazz which , although pleasant enough ,seemed incongruous in this context. The interesting decor which is strongly Indian themed would be so much more enhanced by also having Indian music, creating an immersive experience.
