Really cool place but not worth the visit if your kids are under the age of 8. Brought our wee man and after several close calls in the "under 5s" area asked one of the staff about how strictly that's enforced and he responded "not really". After being asked again by someone else in our party he was a bit rude while telling us that only the tunnels and blocks are the under 5 area. However the other staff member was really lovely and asked some of the bigger kids to be a bit more careful around the little ones, which was greatly appreciated.

Very clean equipment, some big, interesting setups, great place for the kids to run around and adventure. Simple cafe bar for a coffee or beer, there was no hot food when we went but sometimes there are hot chips available, that sort of thing. Cold if you're a spectator, bring a coat, but perfect for kids running around. Friendly staff, reasonably priced.

Poor health and safety standards. An adult jumped into a group of 5 year olds and bounced my daughter off causing rib pains and a bleeding nose. She was sore for 20 minutes and felt scared. When we approached staff about the incident, they had no idea what to do, had not incident report system and no first aid training or equipment. Our daughter was offered an ice pack and a couch to rest on. I only saw one person in uniform for the whole building. Will not be coming back.

She's a mite cold inside so take something warm to wear. But, that's probably the only down side. Lots of bouncing to be had for kids and hours to do it in. With no play time limit it's a great place to take them
