Exceptional service from a sincere and dedicated team. I felt valued and informed throughout my dealings with the team. Dan undertook what I thought would be an impossible task of removing some significant red wine stains on a bespoke limited edition rug. I was well informed throughout the interventions that were considered and were eventually applied. I was impressed by the technical expertise Dan had and really surprised with the results. Wouldn't use them again. Were instructed to come out and relay carpet, came back two times after that as it was still lifting up in corners when vacuumed and they have said they are wiping their hands of this job as they are not being paid to come back to sort the problems, all I want is the job done once and done right. Don't use this company.

Flood Restoration Neil responded promptly to an after hours plea for help (after the bath overflowed). His quick response and professionalism was much appreciated. It took just over 48 hours to complete the job, and Neil called in every day to check on progress. The work Neil did was fantastic, and as a result, we suffered no lasting damage. We'd definitely recommend Jae's to everyone!

After a disastrous flooding of the laundry which soaked the carpets through one end of the house, Jaes came to the rescue. David turned up with all the best equipment to help lift the excess water and fan dry the carpets. The measurement tools gave us an accurate picture of where we were at and what was required. The process was easy and fast. David at Jaes gave us all the confidence that the situation could be resolved. David from Jaes returned to clean the carpets once the issues had been resolved and the carpet clean was magnificent. Thanks David and Jaes Carpet Cleaning. Highly recommend..

Cleaned up flooding from over flowing bath. Cleaned carpet after builders replaced swollen skirting and door jams. The guys were brilliant and very quick in cleaning up mess. If not for their fast action further damage would've been sustained to gib walling etc. Highly recommend Jae Carpet Cleaning, they know what they're doing!

The day we moved into our new home, the hot water tank burst which caused a significant amount of water to flood our hallway and my son's bedroom. Jae were contacted by our insurers and dried and cleaned all the carpet and walls that were affected. Ben from Jae was incredibly helpful and supportive through the few days it took for the work to be done. Ben and Jae's admin staff were very friendly and professional and were in contact throughout, ensuring the work was done around our family life. Through what was a very stressful time, Jae made me feel well looked after and confident that everything would be finished to the highest standard and it was. We are so grateful to them.
