My daughter lost her to remote key to her 2005 Audi A3, but what is worse is that second key that we have didn't work. There was a problem with the chip in the key. While we had used the second key to open a couple of doors we had never thought to try to start the car. I contact Glen who provided an estimate for this, and we talked about whether to come out or get the the car brought in, and it made sense to the get the car towed in case as they had what they needed there. (plus she is an AA member). These guys got the job done the next morning with a brand new remote for central locking and the other key with a replacement chip. I was happy with the price and the service. My daughter was happy to have her freedom back. Check your spare key starts the car!
Rang up for a quote for an install of a new door lock I had purchased as stock levels had depleted national wide. Wasn't interested in only installing. Also poor phone service, it doesn't take much to give good customer service.
Went and got 2 caravan key's cut. Both worked when I tried them. Had been to 2 other key cutting businesses who both put them in the "too hard" basket.
