We have brought a caravan previously and service was faultless. On our visit today we had a issue with our campervan purchased through Auckland Jayco as Christchurch were unable to supply our new camper when required. The service again was faultless they spent over 4hrs sorting the issue with our fridge a awesome team and spot on service its just a shame they were unable to supply this van. Would highly recommend to purchase from these guys as after service is amazing well done.

A bit of a hitch with the operation of the fridge in my Silverline but certainly not in the service and the solution of the problem. My problem and my concerns were treated with respect and consideration. Everyone went to the trouble of searching for and explaining the best outcome and I drove away with the ideal caravan for my needs. Peter, Tony, Phil, Lee and Richard please accept my gratitude.

Called in to look at the latest vans. Great service from the staff. Showed us through the latest Jayco Campervan. ( more lotto tickets required ). Very nice.
