This is a superb asset to Christchurch. The three services of Fire, Ambulance and Police all in the one building. Also along side is the law courts. I am told staff are very happy to be able to talk between the different services. Car parking is not too bad with the car parking building across the road. There is high security here and that is most definitely a good thing. A good addition to the rebuild of the CBD post earthquakes.

Building maintenance was never thought of along with the long term space needed for staff. This proved to be an Ineffective building as they still need more office space for the staff already yet have used 4 stories high open as a reception open area.. Along with this the cleaning maintenance is almost impossible the windows will eventually become dirty enough to just think they are walls. However, the majority of the staff at the counters are fantastic. Some staff and security display an ignorance of basic laws over time and differing encounters as a behind the camera journalist. But the majority understand and are the great representations of our public services.
