Great friendly staff who go the extra mile. Nothing was a problem and we couldn't be happier with the finished product.
Communication terrible. Didn't receive emails with quotes, had to ring to get the quote only to be told it was emailed a month prior but there was no sign of it anywhere. This put my building job behind schedule. One of the kitchen windows does not shut fully but nothing was ever done about it when I informed them. They have the rudest Receptionist that I have ever encountered. Among other things, she rudely reprimanded me when I ACCIDENTALLY put one of their pens in my handbag after writing out a cheque for a Ranchslider I purchased. I spent thousands for new windows and Ranchsliders for my property and I got made to feel like a thief over that pen. She needs to learn some manners and customer service skills.
Rude receptionist with little product knowledge. Try the Christchurch branch - you'll get much better help.
