My partner and I ordered 2 delux quarter packs. When we got to the other window to pick up our order, we were almost given a completely different order and were asked if we had 2 separate orders! It took 3 other staff members to ask us what we ordered! We finally got our order and we had also asked that one of our drinks has ice. Both drinks had no ice! We understand that everyone is under pressure to get meals out but we think the person at the ordering window needs a lesson in listening to customers a bit better or watch what she in punching in on the till. Or other staff need to watch what comes up on the screen!

Very unpleasant experience chicken given was yesterdays one doesn’t taste good not crispy really very disappointed with the service and food they served I am regular customer but does not feel like going there again
So really wanted to try the big kauna burger, but No they said we run out of stock & also ran out of spicy chicken I meant come on you does the ordering guys, clearly someone with no for sight to not see that you order more stock over long weekends. Especially the burger you are advertising at the moment!!! Never going again to this KFC, Papanui you guys need to sort your service out guys big time.
Service was awesome,big ups to our server, unfortunately I didn't find the dunked burger as nice as the riccarton mall kfc.......

Very disappointed, every single time we get kfc for dinner its always very disappointing we used to love kfc so much, we usually can't wait for kfc night, but since the upgrade to the new renovated building, it has been so bad, fist the service at the drive through is very poor, the older lady isn't very friendly, they leave you no time to decide what to get before she asks you and then being very impatient, then either something is missing from your order or the chips is always extremely salty despite telling them to not add too much salt! The gravy is always either cold or very lumpy and slimey. Absolutely sad, please put your staff through more training on customer service then on food preparation! Can't even eat a full chips as its extremely salty! Bring back our kfc to what we loved!!
Literally the worst kfc in the history of kfc's, they always leave out certain foods in your meal, etc you order a combo they will "forget" the fries or they will miss count the amount of chicken you order, for example if you ordered 10 wings they'd give you 9 or 8 tiny pieces, This has happened enough times to the point where I'm starting to think that they're doing this on purpose. The employee's lack hospitality.
I shifted to ChCh a few months ago. I have never had good KFC in ChCh. This outlet is consistantly bad. Dry chicken. The only saving grace was the very polite service girl who served me.
