What a lovely groomer. So good with my dog

Our feisty wee bichon x poodle has proven too much for other professionals but Savi reckoned he'd be no bother. He was groomed in no time and has never looked better. We're lucky to have such an outstanding groomer so near.
My dogs experience with these guys was horrid; I got over charged, made to feel I owed her because our appointment was moved due to my groomer being unwell....she cut my dogs pizzel, complained how she would have to taxi home because she usually does a carpool, I felt real bad n went early to offer her a ride to woodend, only to watch her walk to her car/van.....number 1 request as my dog has allergies, wax his ears, only to see hair the next day like she trimmed them instead of waxing, thumbs down to you thank you maces road kimmys groomer, for fixing n reimbursement, n a free trim to fix her huge mistakes..much appreciated.
Brought my puppy in for grooming a couple times. She was then ready for a full groom, only to get a call to pick her up ASAP because they couldn't groom her (said she was being too aggressive). My dog is not an aggressive dog- they refused to take her back and even suggested the vet as an option for grooming as they can sedate her (they said it was unlikely any groomer would take her). I thought this was ridiculous and tried another groomer. Her first time going she had an excellent experience and showed no aggression towards her new groomer, they're very happy to have her back! I didn't appreciate the negativity towards my puppy here- the dog is not always the first to blame.
