I fully recommend this business to everyone who require skin and cosmetic medicine. I felt welcomed at the front desk to the finish of my skin check. Also the advice I received for the type of ointment i required for my skin type. Cheers Brent

I paid 100 for a 15 minute appointment! I couldn’t believe it. I came in to have some skin growths removed but as it turns out, they couldn’t be done. Given it turned out to be a wasted appointment, I stayed and talked with Heather for 10 minutes about a skin complaint that I had already seen a doctor about. She looked up various drugs and gave me her opinion about them (as it turned out, drugs she thought were unsafe in pregnancy were safe after all as my doctor had advised previously). That cost 100. I was absolutely flabbergasted at reception when she advised the charge. I don’t think any other doctor would have charged in that instance, particularly as I left having had no procedure and the advice she gave re drugs was largely incorrect.

I did not enjoy my experience and found Heather to be rude and unprofessional. I booked in for a procedure and was quoted a price. I came in to be told that the procedure I was booked in for was a different price and could not be completed at this booking time. Upset by this and feeling uncomfortable at the tone and rudeness that Heather caused myself and my friend to feel I was still open to booking my next appointment. We went through to the reception to book and witnessed some odd power dynamics between the receptionist and Heather. After booking in I was asked to pay a fee for the consult for the day. To which I asked if this would be taken off the full amount as I hadn't been told about any consultation fee, I again was under the impression that I was booked for my procedure and it was costing x amount and that it would be done that day. The receptionist said she would speak to the doctor (Heather) who came out saying 'how much do you think my time is worth'. I again replied with the situation and said I wasn't comfortable paying the consultation fee as I hadn't been told about it, an appointment that was going to cost x was now costing 3x as much, I have never had such rudeness from a medical professional in my life. I would never treat my clients with such an unprofessional manner. She replied to the receptionist 'thats fine, cancel that appointment' turned around walked in to her office and slammed the door on us. Myself and my friend were left standing there in shock. I would not recommend this practice.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a medical practice. Learn how to treat people (your paying clients!) with respect.
