Can't wait to get our hands on our Bull Frog spa..Definitely one of life's treats. We have wanted one for about 3 years now and finally will be able to sit in it relax and chill out soon! The staff always make us feel known to them and always take time to talk to us when we pop in.

Went in for a water test but ended up getting service man to call. Oh dear, looks like update time. :-)
Very disappointed in the product, a 10,000 spa pool stops working one month outside of the 12 month warranty & I got charged a service fee to tell me is will cost 1/3rd of the purchase price to buy replacement parts which should fix the problem. (if they can source them). Will the new parts also only last 13 months? Not happy. Read the fine print if it's on sale or a special.
