Great to find a workshop where the mechanic actually shows his face instead of only talking with the front desk. I got excellent service from dropping in my car to happily paying my “significantly lower than my previous large provider” invoice. Women can especially feel comfortable that they are not going to be fed technical terms and made to feel inferior by this place - Ronnie at the front desk will do her thing to show that you are in good hands the minute you make contact. Absolutely trust these guys and hubby will be taking his car there too. Totally recommend

My advice is to avoid this place. Both my husband and I have experienced them to be dishonest. I took my car to Lichfield Motors for a WOF. I received a phone call saying to pass my WOF my headlights needed a clean which I agreed to. I was very disappointed to see when I took my car home that my headlights were as cloudy as when I had taken it in. Not sure if the mechanic did a poor job or if he didn't bother at all. I ended up recleaning them myself. I was also told my car was leaking oil and the oil levels were very low, I was asked if I wanted my car serviced. I thought this very odd as my had only a month prior had an oil change, so I declined the service. I took my car home and checked the oil level myself to find in fact my oil level is perfectly fine and there has been no evidence on my driveway in the month since my WOF of an oil leak. They also in dealing with my husband's car told him he needed 500 work done. He thought this didn't seem right and on taking his car for a second opinion he found his suspicion to be true as the other mechanic agreed his car was perfectly fine and kindly gave him a WOF free of charge.

Was initially hesitant because of the review below, but the place has since been bought out by new owners and it was easily the best & quickest WOF I’ve ever had at any mechanics. Super nice staff, cheap and quick.
