I totally recommend using Loan Plus if you are in need of a loan. The service was amazing. I dealt with Heidi from Loan Plus, if you are looking to deal with someone who is very understanding, professional and made the loan process very easy then call Heidi at Loan Plus and she will make things happen for you. She kept me up to date throughout the loan process and within 5 hours I had the money I needed! it was that simple. I was expecting the process to be a lot harder and slower, but Heidi was amazing and worked hard in order for me to obtain the loan asap. 5 stars !

The customer service rep was very helpful and patient with the process. She was always friendly, even when things were not going too well on one end. The direction given was easy to understand - although the process was quite heavy, it is easy to get through eventually. My suggestion would be to explain all details of applications clearly in one Document once customer has applied, as I did have to run back and forth doing things that I missed. Other than that, I was able to do it all.
