Facilities are great! The downfall however was the staff(short guy w beard) being arrogant. Just messed up the standards.

I had a very disappointing experience with the fellow on reception, Matt, who mocked me for wanting to use my gold card- making a cheap comment about saving 3! He seemed to have a bit of a chip on his shoulder and made a point of telling me he was 'receptionist of the year' or some such thing. Fortunately for me there was an issue with the eftpos machine which wouldn't recognise my debit card and so i took that as a sign- and left. Menfriends must be making money by the bucketful if they want to turn away clients in such a cavalier fashion. Avoid the place!
There's one staff member who is very off-putting thus ruining a good place. Also too small and expensive.
