Today I walked into Miller’s Home world needing a full set drapes for a new build that is completing in 3 weeks. Kaye served us and she was absolutely fantastic, she guided us through the whole process and was friendly very helpful and professional and we walked out the door feeling very happy with the great service we received. I would highly recommend Kaye to anyone shopping at Millers Home World. Gary

Incredibly disappointed with the lack of hunger and inflexibility of this company. I requested a measure up for various curtains in my 1930's villa and was told their policy is to only visit people's homes between the hours of 9.30am and 3pm Mon-Fri. Some of us do not have partners at home during the day but instead have jobs where we can't just take time off work. I asked for some flexibility around this, maybe a later afternoon slot or early morning or a Saturday and received the reply "We are unable to help. Good luck". So happy McKenzie & Willis can offer me Saturday mornings and 5pm weekday slots. They will get my work. Millers clearly don't want it. Very disappointed with the lack of effort. AVOID.
I used to have short curtain, the light will come in in the morning. I went to a profession curtain shop to make a bigger curtain. But I have a problem to put on the ceiling as my plan. I went 3 shops they all suggest different, it doesn't work what I wish. We went to Millers home to ask suggestion, finally I found the friendly and smart lady Kaye to sort out my problem. Thank you very much.

Great service - love the curtains and blinds for my new home. I missed a room and Millers got them made and installed so quickly. A big thank you to Angela, Matt and Rosie and the rest of the team.
A brand new store, new location but so disappointing there's nothing new. A grand opening with same old discount that everyone has but no new stock ! Way smaller but nothing different to see or buy,just the old stock moved to new store. I bet the original owners would be disappointed in the store, thank goodness the staff are the same what's happened to the mismeasure tables
Waited 2 weeks for a measure. Called. Waited another week. Never even contacted. I guess service doesn't get much worse than that.
