We found paving stones over a year ago at the Ferrymead Mitre 10 we wanted and received excellent advice on how to lay them. Returning a year later the pavers of choice were no longer in production and out of stock.We were directed in store to Clive who said he would arrange to have them made for us. Service beyond the normal was given and the good old kiwi attitude of 'can do' came through

Like most Mitre10 it's big and well stocked with building, fix-it, and household goods. They are always a little difficult to search through because they are so big. But I usually find what I'm looking for.

I love this home store. My son has autism and can't handle loud noises and they even have noise cancelling hearing protectors that look funky and wonderful and don't make him look out of place. They are not the standard orange but a fluro green. They have everything here and a very knowledgable staff who will help and have advice on everything in store. And there is an awesome little play area.

I shop at Mitre 10.Ferrymead every week because it is an interesting store with well presented products an helpful friendly staff. The store goes to great effort to refresh it's presentation. I always find what I need and leave feeling I've received good value for money. It's my source of everything from plants, handyman supplies to appliances.
