Called into the Store to replace my nonworking Pond Pump. Thanks to the knowledgeable staff Lee & Wendy in the irrigation dept. Who were interested in why the pump wasnt working, they took the pump apart found a small piece of grit that was the issue in it not working. Easy fix & Saved me 100. They also gave me a lesson on how to keep the pump clean. Thanks ️

Great customer service, ask where something is and they give clear instructions where to find it, even if you're not sure you have the right name. Tidy, organised and friendly. The plants department is awesome

Went there with my husband today around 1.30pm, for unknown reason he triggered the sensors and wasn't allow to enter. First he took everything out from the pocket but nothing has changed. Your staff comment might be the tag on the clothes trigger the alarm but still didn't allow him to enter. We ended up leaving the store, feeling upset anda bit angry. If this is the standard practice, we will have no choice but to shop somewhere else. Because he is not going to enter the shop without clothes or pants.

Such friendly staff here ! Everything you need. And an amazing plant section. Love the sales they continously have and love the spacious setting with food and drink available in there instore Cafe and a playground also for the kids.
