The service from this company was exceptional. The gentleman representing me, who led me through the two year process was most kind and thorough, explaining everything to me and advising of the options available. I was never made to feel witless and he achieved a wonderful outcome for me. Considering that I would never have dreamed of taking on such a challenge as tackling EQC and Southern Response when it was revealed by 'My Insurance Claim' that my initial repairs were woefully and frankly dishonestly carried out, the word 'wonderful' seems wholly inadequate and i will be forever grateful to him.
