We had our son’s first birthday party there, all the staff and the manager were friendly and extremely helpful. Food was good and on time. Excellent service, definitely recommend.

I went to Nando's Northlands to redeem a burger, via the barcode provided. However, my barcode did not work and it was the same case for my 5 other friends who came along with me. The cashier informed me that I needed to be part of a business and have a business email to be eligible for the promotion, and did not let me redeem the burger. However, after returning home I read through the Terms and Conditions for the 5k burger promotion and it does not state such a requirement. I emailed customer support to have them check the barcodes and they worked completely fine. The staff weren't very friendly either. The food is quite nice though.
Visited between 1:45-2:30pm and had a great experience! everyone working was super friendly and had great customer service. Food was 10/10

Got a 1/4 chicken, large chips and ginger beer for a neat 20 which was perfect for me eating dinner alone. Friendly staff and nice ambience. Store very tidy.
