Well, I think every one know, how scary the property market could be some time, particularly when you are first home buyers and bank tolled you (literary) off three time that you do not even have chance after waiting for 14 years and trying to save as much as you can. You loss hope and you start thinking that I may not have own home in my luck. This was me, very disappointed, stressed and had no idea when some one tolled me to meet Nathan. I went there thinking what worse can he tell me then the bank tolled me three months back. In that very first meeting, his style, his professionalism, his knowledge of the market impressed me and in some week, I had pre approved loan from the bank I wanted . I thought, all my issues are sorted now and I will go and buy a property like breeze of air. However I did not know what awaits for us (me and my wife), nightmare situation, where I lost sleep in finding a home that I can buy. so many things that I heard first time and most of the time have no idea. There was two times, when me and my wife gave up. However Nathan you are the gem. your advise at every step even after hours and some time over the week ends, was very valuable and we are very thankful for that. Your way of explaining all the step couple of times, your references and your motivational talk were very helpful through this journey. In short if you are thinking of buying property at least have a cup of coffee with Nathan, You will never regret it.

We were looking to buy our first home and we approached Nathan as we have heard fantastic reviews about him from lots of friends who bought their first home. The whole team works together to make the entire process smooth and hassle free for you. After the loan was approved he was also very supportive in house hunting and provided insights into the value, worth of properties, future growth of the properties, that we were putting offers on. In fact, we followed his advice while placing an offer on our house (the place we call home now :) ) and the offer was accepted. Our offer went unconditional in 7 days from the acceptance of offer! He and his team assisted with home evaluation, building inspection, finding a reliable solicitor and mostly everything in between. Would definitely go back to them again even for future houses (fingers crossed) and would totally recommend to anyone looking to have a stress free home buying experience.
