Called to see if I could get spacers for my tv so I could wall mount it. I firstly got through to their customer care team who advised they may hold some from returned, faulty TVs or display models and proceeded to transfer me to the Riccarton store. After explaining the above to the woman who answered, her answer was “no, we don’t have anything like that”. She didn’t bother checking or asking until I asked to speak to the manager. She came back saying the manager agreed with her. To sum up, this was piss poor customer service backed up by my review of Noel Leeming Moorhouse.

Walked in with my partner waited for around 20 mins before a staff member even Acknowledged us. Once we were talking to the staff member another staff member Proceeded to barge in and Interrupted my partner form there the staff member who was helping us didn't even have the Decency to say Excuse me quit Disgusted in the attitude of these people as it's not hard to have basic respect

Once I got service it was very good, but seemed like a number of staff standing round talking to each other and not talking to customers. Sibi was excellent however.

Got sold the wrong headset and only realised once i opened it. When wanting a refund/exchanged was denied a refund. terrible customer service. Manager Brian also swore at me. Mind you I was using my team card, he still swore. Coulda politely and calmly spoke.

They are a friendly staff. Inside Riccarton mall. Just the 3rd store on ur left once u enter, if I am not mistaken.. They do sell any electric equipment basically including TV, Fan, He theater systems, phones, tabs, headsets, handsfree etc..
