I'm a bit surprised as I walked in there. There wasn't any real greeting from any of the staff. And then as I was walking around no one said hello or asked if I needed any assistance in making a purchase. So I ended up standing near the area I was wanting to buy some thing from until some one realized that I am actually a customer. I must say it was shocking really. If it wasn't for them having what i needed at the price I wanted it for I would of walked away immediately.

Received the best customer service following the return of a Nokia 7 Plus 16/12/2019 @5pm. Received great service from both the manager and the sales consultant during the return of the item and in assistance in obtaining an alternative. The staff were key in the experience being an all round positive experience, with friendly, trusting and amazing respect for their customer. Thank you!

Ordered samsung galaxys6 tab 18 April during lockdown, received faulty one which took til level 3 to return. No communication between stores, had to try to contact different stores, finally manage to return to Shirley store on 6th May. Two weeks later received email feom Shirley saying on back order. 17 June still being advertised and some stores showing available, but call centre say not actually available. Contacted Shirley store as advised by call centre for update. Shirley staff very bluntly say can't help as on back order still...I understand COVID issues but Noel leeming should not be advertising available online or in any store when I've paid for and been waiting for this product since 18 April!!

I brought a few items from them & yes the selection was great but it was the explaining of items you buy there was super then they have Technicians covering your back until you know alot about the product you brought.

Went in ready to buy an ipad. Customer service person on his pH the whole time. Didn't know if the deal ran out today or 1 Feb as website said. Pretty uninterested so I left and will buy elsewhere.
