I would rate this garage 11 out of 10 for customer service. I have always been treated with kindness, respect and even discounts that surpass other garages by far. I would also like to compliment staff member Sachin. He has the most amazing service manner's I've come across. One time I pulled in, went inside to pay first and forgot to put the gas in before leaving, I'm sure it was Sachin that ran from behind the counter and chased my car to tap on the boot to tell me I forgot to get gas. Then he served me himself. Talk about go the extra mile. ALL the staff at Lincoln Rd NPD rock. The forecourt consiege service is awesome too. And affordable prices, what more could you want from a garage. It might be helpful for some customers to realize this place is not a bank, supermarket or anything other than a petrol station with perks that are offered as a courtesy, not an obligation to provide more than gas and supplies. No offense, just saying. It's perfect for the quick pull in, gas up, pay and be gone. Just what you want from a garage, unlike other places that have bigger forecourts, more staff and take twice as long for really poor service at dearer prices. It doesn't cost a cent to be nice to customers, especially if that's what you're paid to do. So thank you to all the staff at Lincoln Rd NPD for consistently amazing service.

It is a tidy fuel station with a mini supermarket. With the structure of it, that is not wise enough design I guess when it comes to feeling at the full capacity. If 6 vehicles come at once to fuel up, u would have to take ur one to reverse to get in to the main road. Straight away u can not leave the place on the same direction of the face of ur vehicle, if 6 vehicles fuel up. When I visit there yesterday, 3 cars were there. As I stopped to fill up, a car had to go to reverse. It is not somwthing nasty. That is why a reverse gear is so. But it is just my opinion as it is a review.
