I tried to send a package to Wellington. While I was about to send it out, I have double-checked with this NZ Post staff, confirming that I could definitely receive a return package with the thing I need. It convinced me that my receiver would return the stuff I need via the original package. The staff there did not tell me I should have put a return package envelope into the package I sent out. It ended up that I had to pay roughly 20 more dollars to resend the return package envelope. As there is no way I could have tracked back to the staff I've confirmed with, no one but me has to suffer the loss!

conveniently located within easy walking distance, but would not ever use again. slow on so many levels and so many visits...could have a beef brisket smoked waiting for their service...it's not that they were busy or understaffed. seems to take them at least twice as long as Tower Junction to process same product/sevice, freaking inbelievable. Maybe efficiency is not 1 of their KPIs.
Rude and poor service. I wouldn't go back even if that meant driving past to another shop
Iv only used this shop a few times and not had to wait long but I probably gets long lines around midday and near to 5pm like most postshops do. Staff seemed friendly enough but didn't standout . Small post shop selling the usual supplies with Kiwibank inside offering there services
Five star staff here. Even when there's a queue, the staff are pleasant and helpful. Every time I have to go to the post office, I try to get to this one. I recently went to another bank (which shall remain nameless) to do something with my Kiwisaver, but they couldn't manage to sort out - I really wasn't their priority. I walked over to Kiwibank and they had my issues sorted in minutes. They explained all my options and helped me get the maximum govt contribution. Really great team here!
I received absolutely outstanding service at this location today. In renewing the rego on my recently purchased vehicle I realized that it had been licensed to me incorrectly at a different NZ post location. Shipra went out of her way to get the issue corrected - even though her location wasn't the one that caused the problem - and took outstanding care of me during the process! And since it was a bit of a longer transaction I got to witness the rest of the staff in action as well. All very helpful, cheerful, efficient, and outstanding in their jobs!! I'd go out of my way to revisit this location for future needs!
