OCP provides support and confidence to all members of an organisation to help them perform to the best of their ability. We offer registered professionals to assist with personal and professional issues because we understand that often, the two can correlate. Sometimes it can be difficult to approach fellow colleagues or management about personal issues and for this reason, we provide guidance from trained Psychologists, Counsellors, Social Workers and Psychotherapists.
