Over charge me 7ish for "under plate removal" and didnt inform me before that. What?! I though it supposed included within oil changing procedure, how can you didnt remove cover to do oil changing? better go back to the Riccarton Rd branch next time which I 've done on the same car before.

Experience was entertaining, staff fun to watch, professional and diligent. Job completed fast but amazing work. All checks and oil change completed. In and out in less than 10 minutes. Will be back.
discussed having my diff oil checked for water and if there was none in eiher the front or the rare diff they said they wouldnt charge me. They changed my front diff oil discovered a leak in my steering rack and had inspected my vehicle for other issues. it was all done very quickly and professionally and have helped me discover an issue with my truck with out charging me an inspection fee. highly recommend

Quick and professional service. Cleaned my wind screen, checked my tyres pressure etc as part of their standard service as promised.
Didn't have everything to get the service done but ordered it for me and will let me know when to come back in. Friendly knowledgeable staff happy to help. Decent prices too only worked out about 50 more then getting the parts and oil myself so very happy with that.
