Mr Ono is a chiropractor as well as a physio with no ACC because he's a firm believer that spine issues should be fixed all in one go. The reason is sensible - because the body is all connected, only fixing one part will distort other parts. Accepting ACC patients means he will have to break his treatment in 10 sessions which is not how he likes to operate his practice. His clinic home based, with face down height adjustable bed, massage arm, examine gown etc. First session is 180, any follow up session would be 150. Each session runs from 75-90minutes. I was his 5016 patients, and was in there for almost 2hrs for my first session. He asked very detailed questions about me, my life and how I use my body daily. It was a very special experience first time seeing a chiropractor. He is not too focusing on any one issue, he checked my body to find all the issues and fix them all at once. I was most amazed that the 2 issues he told me about my spin/body both exactly match with what my physio says. He recommends second treatment no sooner than 3-4months. He has helped 5000 patients with 45 nationalities over the 20years he practiced in new zealand and 10years in Japan before he moved here. His extended experience also includes serving in Japanese Olympic team. There's not much info about him on the internet, because he's not fond of computer nor advertisement, he believes in word of mouth. Just leave him a msg on the phone, he will get back to you at the end of the day to arrange bookings. Highly recommend.
